Off Duty / On Style
The month of May brought many things, the completion of my junior year of college, the beginning of my summer writing fellowship with The Tab (read my first article here). Now, as you’re reading this post, I am in the process of traveling to the Big Apple! I will be there for 10 weeks so stay tuned for many Manhattan favorites in the future, but in the meantime let’s see what I have been loving lately.
On Style
After months of kicking around the idea of buying a Kylie Jenner lip kit, I was happy discover a more affordable dupe set from ColourPop. Off Duty
One thing that I have not really discussed on Off Duty / On Style yet is my love for theatre. I have been acting since a relatively young age and I am actually double majoring with Theatre and Drama at my University! Therefore, I was super excited to have the opportunity to see The Lion King at the Overture Center in Madison, WI during this past week.

As a huge fan of Dlux’s dinner menu with mouthwatering burgers and one of a kind sweet potatoes fries, I was excited to hear that they also serve brunch. First off, for those who haven’t been there, the atmosphere in Dlux is awesome, very cool and modern. I started off my brunch by ordering an espresso milkshake, which tasted amazing. I don’t think it woke me up that much, but I would still recommend it especially if you haven’t had a Dlux milkshake before.
